Thea Energy is seeking skilled technicians in New Jersey to build and maintain complex mechanical and electrical systems for advanced fusion equipment. You will help develop new tooling and procedures to shorten production times while maintaining high quality.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-tech environments, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and inspection protocols. Some travel and variable shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in shop fabrication, manufacturing, research, or high-tech industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite tools or similar software.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures (Ideal).
• Experience operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting automation equipment (PLC, HMI, controllers) (Ideal).
• Experience with electrical schematic and wiring (Ideal).
• Experience with reading mechanical drawings (Ideal).

Responsabilités

• Build, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist in developing new equipment, tools, procedures, and inspection techniques to reduce production time.
• Responsible for tool and workspace organization and maintenance.
• Assemble and troubleshoot test articles and supporting test equipment.
• Collaborate to support development of manufacturing processes and tooling.
