Qualifications

• Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in shop fabrication, manufacturing, or high-tech environments.
• 5+ years experience with mechanical or electrical systems, high vacuum/cryogenic/plumbing/soldering/system testing/power or controls.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist in developing new equipment, tools, procedures, and inspection techniques to reduce production time while maintaining high quality.
• Responsible for tool and workspace organization and maintenance.
• Assemble and troubleshoot test articles and supporting test equipment.
• Collaborate to support development of manufacturing processes and tooling.
