Primary Purpose

Assist project engineering, process engineering, and manufacturing departments in documentation and experimentation under supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams and assist on projects.
• Follow all safety rules and work safely.
• Create part-specific technique cards meeting specifications.
• Use CAD software for images and data extraction.
• Design tools, inspection, and manufacturing aids using additive manufacturing (3D printing).
• Participate in improvement teams.
• Assist in implementing tests, data analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and customers to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a "US Person" per ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Be an active student in an accredited engineering or science program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well with various teams and customers.
• Strong math skills and proficiency with statistical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Willing to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Work Conditions

• Office within manufacturing facility.
• Physical demands include sitting long periods, lifting up to 10 lbs., and extended computer use.

Schedule

• Day shift, in-person.
• Flexible schedule with possible overtime.
