  • Developing or reviewing designs by extracting and analyzing engineering data, applying conventional engineering practices to develop, prepare, or recommend schematics, designs, specifications, electrical drawings, and parts lists. Examples include detailed circuit diagrams, hardware fittings, test equipment involving various mechanisms, and conventional piping systems and building site layouts.
  • Conducting tests or experiments requiring selection, adaptation, or modification of critical test equipment and procedures, preparing and operating equipment, recording data, measuring and recording problems of significant complexity, and analyzing data to prepare test reports.
  • Applying methods outlined by others to segments of research and development projects, constructing experimental or prototype models to meet engineering requirements, conducting tests or experiments in redesigns as necessary, and recording and evaluating data and findings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with Algebra and Geometry
  • 7 - 9 years of relevant experience

Requirements:

  • Must be within driving distance of Houston, TX OR willing to relocate there
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • U.S. citizenship status is required due to government contract
