We are looking for a Heavy Equipment - Diesel Mechanic in Houston, TX.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, with options for those without a CDL at a reduced amount. Full payout eligibility depends on meeting program criteria.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment.
• Work with hydraulic systems, high-pressure water pumps, electrical components, and more.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of workspace and tools.
• Travel frequently to project sites.

What You Bring To The Table

• 5+ years of mechanic experience (heavy equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A or B (required).
• Comfortable with diagnostic tools, online systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (sometimes up to 70 lbs).
