Join Our Team: Engineering Technician IV at ASRC Federal

ASRC Federal, a leading government contractor supporting space, public health, and defense missions, is seeking an Engineering Technician IV for our Sheppard AFB Base Operations Support Contract in Wichita Falls, TX.

Overview

This role involves inspecting projects for conformity to specifications, reviewing construction schedules and documents, and working closely with project teams to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and flightline requirements. You will monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing work for compliance with contract documents.
• Review and process submittals and correspondence, assess progress, and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and support project managers with constructability issues.
• Maintain inspection records and develop reports and briefings.
• Review plans and specifications for clarity and compliance with codes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the project and client.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a Certified Flight Line Driver’s License within 90 days.
• At least 2 years of experience inspecting construction projects or 5 years as a construction craftsman.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. or Permanent Citizen status required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Flight line driving experience.
• Experience with the Air Force or DoD.

Pay Rate: $32.56/hour

Employment Type: Full-time, Mid-Senior level
