Job summary

Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, seeks an Engineering Technician III in Patuxent River, MD, onsite. The role provides mid-level technical support across test, integration, and operational environments, aiding engineers in maintaining and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include fabrication, configuration, testing, and sustainment to ensure test assets and hardware are ready to support mission requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Hands-on experience with test benches and lab environments.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience with cable fabrication and electronic assembly.
• Familiarity with RF measurement tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test & lab support: maintain, configure, and troubleshoot test benches and hardware systems.
• Fabrication & installation: fabricate, assemble, and repair cables and wiring harnesses.
• Troubleshooting & maintenance: identify and resolve faults in electrical, RF, and networked systems.
• Configuration & integration: ensure systems are configured to baselines and support upgrades.
• Documentation: read drawings and document work performed and configurations.
