Job summary

You will troubleshoot equipment, collect data, interpret schematics, and contribute to product development and quality initiatives. The role requires an Associate degree in a technical field and 2+ years of related experience, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, HVAC Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field, plus 2+ years engineering support/testing experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems, testing procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance, reliability, and validation testing of products, components, and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues identified during testing.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to support testing and product development.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data for engineering decisions.
• Assist with prototype assembly, test setup, and laboratory activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and lab staff to support objectives.
• Provide feedback on product performance and testing methods for continuous improvement.
• Maintain testing equipment and work areas for safety and efficiency.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product/process issues.
• Assist with documentation and engineering reports.
