Job summary

ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC (AFSS), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, seeks an Engineering Technician II to support propulsion systems testing at Edwards AFB. You will install and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, reading blueprints and diagrams as needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Expect overtime and shifts as needed in extreme Mojave Desert conditions.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in buildings and components.
• Read blueprints and diagrams as needed to complete tasks.
• Use basic hand and power tools; follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Provide timely task updates and communicate deviations from schedule.
• Work in a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
