Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. (LGESMI) is seeking a Maintenance Technician I-III to support production equipment and line maintenance at Holland, MI. This role emphasizes troubleshooting, TPM execution, and safeguarding continuous operations.

The selected candidate will perform preventive maintenance, assist with basic mechanical and electrical tasks, and collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime while keeping a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Vocational certificate or Associate degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
• Journeyman’s certificate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of production equipment and controls to ensure operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical errors.
• Provide hands-on training on equipment for new employees.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with production to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for complex issues.
• Ensure safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain 5S/3R standards and housekeeping.
• Follow cleaning SOPs during downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
