Monogram Aerospace Fasteners is hiring an Engineering Technician for on-site assembly and testing at our Commerce, CA facility. You will use hand and power tools to assemble components, inspect parts, and ensure quality per engineering drawings.

The role emphasizes precise workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma (associate degree/technical cert preferred) and 0-2 years in manufacturing or assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a technical certificate or associate's degree).
• 0-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products per work instructions, blueprints, or drawings.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, or electronic assembly tasks as required.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks with proper alignment and fit.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects before and after assembly.
