Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate's degree preferred for some roles.
• 0-2 years in assembly/manufacturing is preferred; hands-on tool experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and testing equipment; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and drawings.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, or electronic assembly tasks as needed.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks and ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects; perform functional tests and report issues.
