Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Engineering Technician in Salt Lake City, UT to join a dedicated service center. You will assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of service equipment, and help track tools, fixtures, and custom gear.

The role includes supporting validation activities and maintaining documentation. We value a proactive learner with basic mechanical/electrical understanding, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or metrological concepts is preferred.
• Developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.
• Organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and documentation with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, basic maintenance, and repair of service equipment in the Salt Lake Service Center.
• Support tracking and organization of equipment identification, including tools, fixtures, and custom equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup and support Service Engineering with validation activities as directed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks and basic equipment checks under supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.

Our client, a leading organization in the service and maintenance industry, is seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be an integral part of the Service Center supporting technical operations and equipment management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $37.80

Shift: Mon-Fri | 8:00AM-5:00PM

What's the Job?
