ManpowerGroup is seeking a Product Development Technician for 100% on-site duties in Brea, CA. You will support the Product Development/Engineering Department, assisting R&D, engineering, and laboratory teams with precise testing and documentation.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to succeed in a regulated laboratory environment. Pay ranges from $28 to $35 per hour plus benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma with 4-6 years of laboratory or technician experience in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor of Science in a technical field with 1-2+ years of laboratory/R&D experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform laboratory testing by executing designed test protocols and accurately documenting and communicating results.
• Provide technical support to engineers, including prototype processes, test setups, and routine technical assignments.
• Gather, maintain, compile, and analyze technical data, including laboratory and material test results.
• Support general laboratory activities, including equipment calibration, qualification, routine maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, and quantitative summaries.

Our client, a global medical technology company , is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician , you will be part of the Product Development/Engineering Department supporting the R&D, Engineering, and Laboratory teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Development Technician / Tech 2, Mechanical Engineering

Location: Brea, CA 92821, 100% On-site

Pay Range: $28-$35/hr

What’s the Job?

What’s Needed?

• Experience following written procedures and executing designed test procedures or protocols.
• Ability to accurately document and communicate laboratory and test results.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, laboratory personnel, and cross-functional teams.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to work safely with laboratory equipment, test samples, and chemicals.
