Job summary

Ecolab is seeking Engineering Technical Sales Interns for its summer 2027 program in the United States. You will blend engineering rigor with consultative sales to help customers reduce environmental impact, boost productivity, and leverage digital solutions.

The role includes 11 weeks of paid work, field site visits, relocation options, and a hybrid work arrangement. Graduating with an engineering degree in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028 is expected, with a valid US driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate Engineering degree with expected graduation December 2027 or Summer 2028.
• 11-week paid internship program starting June 1.
• Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete independent project(s) yielding ROI under trainer's direction.
• Complete safety training & technical lessons for water treatment applications.
• Observe and participate in service at customer sites to ensure accurate chemical application & documentation.
• Visit multiple customer sites to learn best practices and gain field sales knowledge.
• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in the field.

Engineering undergraduate degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Industrial)
