Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Kennewick, WA seeks a Director of Engineering Technical Support to lead the Technical Support team across Electrical, Automation & Controls, Packaging, Utilities, and related systems. The role focuses on reliability strategies, asset performance, and long-term technology planning.

You will partner with IT and Global Engineering, oversee capital projects, and drive obsolescence management while communicating with non-technical partners at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project, engineering or operations management.
• Ability to read safety rules, technical documentation, P&IDs, drawings and procedures.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of the Technical Support department and SMEs to improve asset reliability and plant performance.
• Develop long-term strategic direction for technical areas and lead capital planning activities.
• Forecast and manage department budget within guidelines; communicate with IT and Global Engineering teams.
