Job summary

B4Corp in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead for a development program supporting Entitlement Programs, IdAM/ICAM, authentication, authorization, digital policy management. Requires Top Secret clearance with polygraph; leads a team of DB developers, systems engineers, software developers, cyber security engineers, and test engineers developing interfaces and REST services.

You will deploy and administer tools, integrate new policies into an enterprise service, and ensure project

Qualifications

Experience in security accreditation processes.
Cloud/AWS experience required.
Systems engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale projects.
Experience translating requirements into agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience managing multiple product backlogs and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-disciplinary team of DB engineers, systems and software developers, cyber security and test engineers.
Guide development of REST services and UIs to manage digital policies.
Participate in deployment, testing, and maintenance of enterprise products.
Translate user requirements into agile backlog items and acceptance criteria.
