Job summary

VTG is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to guide enterprise-scale development across IdAM/ICAM, authentication, authorization, and digital policy management. You will lead a diverse team of database, systems, software, cyber security, and test engineers, overseeing UI and REST service development, deployment, and maintenance of products.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, a BS with extensive experience or a Masters with substantial experience, and strong leadership in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• BS degree with 16+ years of experience or Masters with 10–13 years of experience.
• Experience with the security accreditation process.
• Experience with Cloud/AWS environments.
• Experience in Systems Engineering providing requirements and system interface analysis for enterprise-scale development.
• Experience developing and maintaining interface control documents between components in an enterprise system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for guidance to development teams and stakeholders.
• Translating requirements into agile sprint stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across enterprise-scale development.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers.
• Guide development and integration of new technologies.
• Develop and integrate new digital policies into enterprise services.
• Support installation, deployment, testing, and maintenance of products.
• Manage multiple product backlogs and coordinate priorities across teams.
• Translate user requirements into actionable Agile stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support security accreditation and A&A processes to achieve system approval.
• Work with AWS cloud-based environments and Agile project management.
