Job summary

VTG Defense in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to guide enterprise-scale development and integration efforts across IAM, ICAM, and digital policy management. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and analysts, translate requirements into actionable Agile stories, and ensure successful A&A and security accreditation.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
BS degree with 16+ years of experience or MS with 10–13 years of experience.
Experience with security accreditation processes (A&A).
Experience in Systems Engineering and requirement/interface analysis for enterprise-scale projects.
Experience with AWS cloud and enterprise deployment environments.
Ability to translate requirements into agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience managing multiple product backlogs and coordinating priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across enterprise-scale development and engineering efforts.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and cyber security professionals.
Support existing systems while guiding integration of new technologies.
Drive development of digital policies and integration into enterprise services.
Oversee installation, deployment, testing, and maintenance of products.
Translate requirements into actionable Agile sprint stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain ICDs between components in the enterprise system.
Support security accreditation and customer A&A processes to achieve system approval.
