B4Corp is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Chantilly, VA to build and maintain software supporting entitlement programs and IdAM/ICAM, with TS/SCI clearance. You will contribute to both frontend and backend development in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

The role emphasizes agility, performance optimization, and collaboration with product teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality applications. A strong emphasis on security and compliance is evident.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant
• 6+ years of experience with JavaScript
• Framework experience with Vue.js, Angular, or React
• Experience with full-stack web development and front-end design

Responsibilities

• Responsible for both back-end and front-end development
• Improve the overall efficiency of the website’s back-end including database and server integration
• Conduct website performance tests, and execute performance enhancements to improve site speed
• Monitor the performance of the live website and troubleshoot content and user experience issues that arise
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required to perform well as a member of a rapid paced, cross-functional team environment
