Job summary

VTG is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to drive enterprise-scale development, cloud integrations, and digital policy management in a TS/SCI environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of database, systems, software, cyber security, and test engineers to deliver automated interfaces and rest services that support entitlement programs and IdAM/ICAM capabilities.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Typically requires BS degree with 16 years of experience or MS with 10–13 years.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across enterprise-scale development.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and testers.
• Guide the integration of new technologies and policies.
• Support cloud environments and AWS deployments.
