Datasite in New York is seeking a Team Lead for our Intelligence Platform to own architecture, drive delivery, and align stakeholders while guiding a seven-person pod.

This hands-on leadership role balances coding with system design to ensure scalable, secure platforms. You will mentor engineers, set direction, and partner with product and design to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems.
• Strong architecture skills, capable of guiding implementation across engineers.
• Proven track record leading projects from planning to delivery with clear milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture decisions for Intelligence Platform systems.
• Drive project delivery with milestones, ownership, timelines and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate goals into plans.
• Set technical direction for a seven-person pod and mentor teammates.
• Contribute to the codebase while ensuring maintainability and security.
• Identify risks and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across the pod and remove blockers.
