Job summary

You will evaluate existing product lines, implement improvements, and develop new concepts to support cost-effective and efficient production. The role requires PE or EI/EIT with hands-on leadership and 5+ years in metal fabrication, plus strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Active PE license or EI/EIT with at least 5 years under a licensed PE.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in metal fabrication or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage technical projects.
• Strong organizational abilities and a goal‑oriented leadership approach.
• FE exam completed (EI/EIT).

Responsibilities

• Direct the engineering group in daily activities and strategic initiatives.
• Manage design workflows, technical reviews, and approval procedures.
• Coordinate with fabrication teams, project managers, and quality personnel.
• Enhance engineering processes, documentation practices, and performance.
• Mentor designers and encourage skill growth across the department.
