Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Coppell, Texas. This role involves technical oversight and design management, handling financial, resource allocation, and logistics aspects of engineering projects. You will mentor staff and ensure compliance with project standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 8 years of experience, and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration. Desired skills include knowledge of construction technology and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Field experience in startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project documentation, including submittals and RFIs.
• Supervise overall project activities, including planning and compliance.
• Monitor the project quality control plan and document issues.

Skills

Knowledge of construction technology
