Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 4 years in engineering/architecture and 3 years in leadership.
• Experience leading teams for enterprise platforms, DevOps, platform engineering or SDLC tooling.
• Strong knowledge of GitLab SCM, GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Duo, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Mend, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of engineers and contractors responsible for Enterprise Developer Experience and SDLC platform services.
• Define priorities, objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans.
• Provide technical direction, oversee platform designs, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
