Job summary

You will own platform strategy, drive adoption of GitLab-based pipelines, SonarQube, Artifactory, and Mend, and partner with Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Cloud teams to raise reliability, security, and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of enterprise developer platforms (GitLab, SonarQube, Artifactory, Mend) and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience designing automation, integrations, and developer enablement solutions across large orgs.
• Experience securing software delivery with DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve Enterprise Developer Experience and SDLC platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption of GitLab-based tooling, AI-assisted development capabilities, and security controls.
• Define standards for source control, branching, merge requests, and release automation.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives to boost developer productivity and reduce delivery friction.
