Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for the Newnan HQ. You will provide leadership and performance management for distribution activities, drive safety, manage budgets, and guide construction scheduling. You will mentor co-ops and lead large-scale projects while delivering world-class customer service.

The role involves participating in on-call rotations and storm restoration planning, with opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives across the Distribution Area.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering license a plus.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and performance management for distribution activities.
• Oversee safety, budget management, construction scheduling and compliance.
• Lead, develop and train new talent for the Distribution Area.
