Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to lead and perform diverse engineering tasks for construction and product development projects. The role reports to the Engineering Manager or VP and collaborates with operations and preconstruction teams to deliver design-build and design-assist services.

The position typically oversees 3–7 engineering staff, provides day-to-day direction, and conducts performance evaluations. A PE license is preferred; travel is 5–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years progressive engineering experience or 11+ years with an associate degree.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the engineering portion of customer/project interviews.
• Leads and directs project design and CAD effort on projects.
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for engineering services.
• Guides construction and product/manufacturing activities to meet specifications.
• Performs calculations to establish construction and product/manufacturing standards.
• Prepares technical drawings and specifications for installations.
• Conducts field surveys to identify system issues and opportunities.
