Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience or equivalent.
• Travel 5-10% of time.
• Standard work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri with flexibility for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads Engineering portion of Customer/Project Interviews.
• Allocates engineering resources across multiple teams to deliver projects.
• Leads design, detailing and CAD efforts for projects within the vertical.
• Provides coaching and performance evaluations to team members.
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for Engineering, modeling and CAD services.
• Ensures construction and product/manufacturing activities meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Provides leadership to Engineering and Design staff.
• Performs construction/product/manufacturing calculations and prepares technical drawings.
