Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy. This role leads engineering tasks for design-build and design-assist projects, supervising 3–7 staff and coordinating with operations and other departments.

The position emphasizes compliance with specs and codes, field surveys, CAD work, and mentoring of engineers and designers. It requires PE license (preferred) or equivalent experience and frequent travel (5–10%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant disciplines.
• 7 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Associate degree in Technology also relevant.
• 11 years of progressive engineering experience optional.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Engineering portion of customer/project interviews.
• Directs project design and CAD efforts across projects.
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for engineering services.
• Ensures compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Provides leadership to engineering and design staff.
• Performs detailed calculations to establish standards and specs.
• Prepares technical drawings and verifies installations.
• Conducts field surveys and analyzes data for improvements.
• Collaborates with customers and internal teams on projects.
• Inspects completed installations for conformance.
