Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in Customer / Project Interviews: Leads the Engineering portion.
• Assigns engineering resources across multiple teams to deliver projects within the vertical.
• Leads and directs project design, detailing and CAD efforts.
• Provides performance evaluations and coaching to team members.
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for Engineering, modeling, detailing and CAD-related services.
• Ensures construction and product/manufacturing activities comply with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Provides leadership to Engineering and Design staff.
• Performs detailed calculations to establish construction and product standards and specs.
• Prepares and studies technical drawings and electrical specifications.
• Discusses projects with internal and external customers.
• Inspects installations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specs.
• Monitors and controls project activity to meet budgets and schedules.
