Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft personalized outreach.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms and using market data to inform strategy.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
