Job summary

Primary Services is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and engineering roles in petrochemical, oil and gas, LNG, and heavy industrial sectors.

The role focuses on identifying and placing professionals across production, operations, maintenance, mechanical and electrical engineering, and EPC disciplines, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to build talent pipelines and manage searches end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering recruitment experience in heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience recruiting for production, operations, maintenance, mechanical and electrical engineering, and EPC.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing techniques.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, production, operations, maintenance, and EPC roles.
• Source and recruit technical professionals for petrochemical and heavy industrial environments.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in ATS/CRM systems.
