Job summary

National Instruments is seeking an Implementation Engineering Project Manager to deliver custom test systems for Emerson/NI’s largest customers. You will manage the definition, development, and delivery of integrated test systems while evolving tools and processes to expand specialization areas.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5 years in systems integration for test/automation, and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in STEM or related field.
• Experience coordinating enterprise engineering projects in test, measurement, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of systems integration projects from definition to delivery.
• Act as primary customer contact; negotiate scope and schedule changes.
• Identify requirements and estimate solution costs and timelines.
• Collaborate with resource manager to ensure staffing on projects.
• Monitor costs, status, and quality; escalate issues as needed.
• Drive process and tool improvement; define specialization areas.
