National Instruments, a leader in test automation, is seeking an Implementation Engineering Project Manager to lead the definition, development, and delivery of custom integrated test systems for major customers. You will drive scope, schedule, and resources, while coordinating with global teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will influence tooling and processes, mentor team members, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. A STEM degree and PM experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math).
• 5 years’ experience on systems integration projects for test, measurement, or automation.
• Experience as project manager of large enterprise engineering projects.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to ~25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for successful delivery of systems integration projects.
• Act as primary contact for the customer throughout the project; negotiate scope/schedule changes.
• Identify and document customer requirements; estimate solution cost and timeline.
• Collaborate with resource manager to ensure staffing on projects.
• Influence scope, schedule, and resources for the project.
• Monitor and report costs, status, quality; escalate issues when necessary.
• Drive process and tool improvements; help define specialization areas.
