Job summary

Lozier is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to join its Omaha operation. You will provide hands‑on data analysis, troubleshoot processes, and translate engineering direction into actionable tasks across manufacturing, industrial, and product domains.

You will update documentation, support root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering and operations to improve yield, downtime, and performance metrics on a fast‑paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in drafting, design support, or manufacturing; 6 years if non-degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; familiar with CAD/Visio and ERP/MRP/PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams with data analysis and root cause investigation.
• Assist in implementing design changes and updating documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication on projects and maintain control records.
• Support audits, calibration, and production data tooling.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and SOPs.
