Job summary

The Lozier Corporation in Omaha, Nebraska seeks an Engineering Support Specialist to join our manufacturing and product teams. This on‑site role supports data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and engineering changes across projects.

Both 1st and 3rd shift options are available. You will translate engineering direction into actionable tasks, support cross‑functional projects, maintain technical records, and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in engineering, drafting, product design, operations, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in drafting/design support, manufacturing, or product development (6+ if non-degreed).
• Proficiency with CAD/Visio, ERP/MRP/PLM, and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in resolving technical issues through data gathering and analysis.
• Participate in implementation of process and design changes.
• Update process documentation, drawings, and test records.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication on smaller projects or improvement efforts.
• Managing internal document control or technical libraries.
• Supporting internal audits, inspections, or compliance documentation.
• Performing preliminary equipment troubleshooting or calibration support.
• Work independently on routine assignments and with direction on complex tasks.
• Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.
• Ability to work and interact well with others.
