Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of drafting/design support or manufacturing experience; 6 years if non-degreed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams by analyzing data and troubleshooting issues.
• Update process documentation, drawings, and test records.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication on projects and improvements.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and control plans.
• Track engineering changes and update BOMs and part configurations.
