Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced engineering consultant to help clients transform their engineering functions, optimize product development and apply Digital Thread/Twin and AI capabilities. This role includes leading small teams and supporting sales origination as part of Reinvention Services across multiple industries.

Travel up to 75% is required, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of engineering improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering transformation and product lifecycle management challenges.
• Lead small to medium teams (2–5) with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Coach others and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in client sales origination and thought leadership development.
