Job summary

You will work across industries, guiding product development, cost management, and value-based initiatives with a focus on Digital Thread and advanced analytics.

You will lead small teams, coach colleagues, and contribute to sales origination while delivering measurable client value in fast-paced environments. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of internal or external consulting at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience with Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain, etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering issues and transformations.
• Lead small to medium teams (2-5) with diverse backgrounds.
• Coach others and collaborate with internal/external parties.
• Assist in client sales origination and thought leadership development.
