Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in engineering improvement, 1+ year in consulting, and familiarity with new technologies like Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, AI, or Blockchain. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, AI, or Blockchain.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering transformation issues.
• Lead small to medium teams (2–5) and coach others.
• Assist with client sales origination and thought leadership development.
• Identify and solve engineering problems using advanced analytics and should-cost models.
