Job summary

Accenture seeks a skilled engineering practitioner and advisor to help top global clients reinvent their engineering cores. You’ll apply analytics, blueprinting, and product strategies to realize value at pace, working with Digital Thread/Twin and emerging tech. Travel up to 75% is required as you engage across industries.

You will lead small teams, coach colleagues, and contribute to sales origination while shaping modern engineering operating models and value-based cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year in internal or external consulting at a comparable level.
• 1 year related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, RPA, ML, AI, blockchain).

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address their issues related to engineering transformations.
• Lead small to medium teams (2–5) and coach others.
• Assist in client sales origination and thought leadership development.
• Apply analytics and should-cost modelling to drive value and ROI.
• Challenge legacy methods with data-driven approaches.
