Job summary

Accenture seeks an engineering practitioner and advisor to help world-leading enterprises reinvent through digital core and AI-enabled strategies. You will work on engineering transformations, cost management, and product strategy across industries, leveraging Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, and AI to drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead small teams, coach colleagues, and support sales origination while delivering high-impact technical insights for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering transformation issues.
• Lead small to medium teams (2-5) and coach others.
• Perform value analysis and should-cost modeling for products and R&D.
• Develop product strategies including Product as a Service and platform ecosystems.
• Digitize engineering functions with Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, AI, and Blockchain.
