Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as part of a team focused on manufacturing engineering and material flow in automotive and industrial manufacturing.
• Demonstrated exposure to material flow and manufacturing engineering in automotive/industrial manufacturing plants.
• Understanding of key vendors, risks, technologies in this space is of critical importance.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Industrial and Automotive reinvention, with a focus on realizing complex large scale manufacturing engineering initiatives.
• Apply a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain value levers specific to industrial and automotive environments, including digital, AI, and automation technologies.
• Automation and transformation of material flow inside industrial and automotive plants is a key focus of this role.
• Manage projects or work streams end to end, including scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Build and apply industry, functional, and technical knowledge to support client conversations and delivery of innovative manufacturing-led ways of working.
• Lead and coordinate diverse, global Accenture teams, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
