Job summary

Accenture is seeking an engineering practitioner and advisor to help clients reinvent with AI-enabled strategies. You will work across industries on engineering transformations, value analysis, and product strategy, applying Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML/AI and blockchain to improve outcomes.

You will lead small teams, coach colleagues, support sales origination, and challenge legacy processes to drive client growth. Travel up to 75% is required, with a strong focus on impactful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years). If associate degree, minimum 6 years’ work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium sized teams (2-5) with diverse backgrounds and skills.
• Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties.
• Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.
• Challenge legacy ways of working to fuel client growth.
