Job summary

E/One, a Division under Precision Castparts, is seeking a senior engineer to lead strategic product initiatives from concept through production. You will manage a small engineering team, guide design reviews, and work across Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure successful product development and cost reduction efforts.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 6+ years in product development within manufacturing, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 6 years of product development and engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with solid modeling and engineering documentation practices.
• Experience with prototype development, testing, validation, and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic product initiatives from concept through production.
• Provide leadership for a small engineering team while solving technical problems and guiding design and project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of project execution and engineering processes.
