Ambs Chemical Search LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to provide technical leadership across operations, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will mentor teams, solve complex problems, and drive equipment and performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Strong technical background in an industrial or process environment.

Ability to balance technical priorities with safety, reliability, and business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering/technical teams.
Provide technical support for equipment, processes, reliability, and operations.
Partner with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
Support projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
Communicate effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
