Job summary

Williams Companies seeks an Sr. Engineer to conduct technical and economic evaluations, performance testing, and design for natural gas facilities. You will lead project teams, present findings, and drive improvements while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a PE license or eligibility, ABET-accredited degree, and at least eight years in gas/petrochemical engineering. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required; PE license considered.
• Minimum eight years of multifaceted engineering experience in the gas/petrochemical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse, high-scope projects with experience, innovation and judgment.
• Supervise others and provide technical leadership for facilities.
• Deliver presentations and assess internal/external customer needs.
• Interpret business challenges and improve products, processes or services.
• Ensure safety, compliance and cost/resource controls on projects.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors.
