Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of product or process engineering experience in investment casting.
• Experience leading engineering teams and projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct a customer-focused group of product and/or process engineers.
• Manage project selection, assignment and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure personnel are trained in required procedures and knowledge for their roles.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in development, manufacturing, and documentation of processes.
• Foster LEAN culture and develop an engineering pipeline through Co-op and development programs.
• Generate ideas for product improvement, cost reduction, and process expansion.
• Support budgeting and part quoting processes.
• Create reports and briefings on performance metrics.
