Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead daily building maintenance and reliable operation of hotel systems, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You will manage a maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, and uphold Hilton's standards for service excellence.

In this role you will train and supervise staff, schedule tasks, and document work in the property management system, while fostering integrity, leadership, and teamwork across the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility safety and compliance: maintain hotel buildings, mechanical/electrical/HVAC and life safety systems, comply with regulations.
• Supervise maintenance operations: assign tasks and document work in the property management system.
• Oversee contractor work: supervise external contractors and inspect quality and safety.
• Respond to service requests: address maintenance requests and guest concerns promptly.
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule, and support maintenance staff.
